Hi, let me start by introducing myself, I'm James Campbell...
I'm 25 years old and currently live in Lichfield, I'm also the managing director of Train Learn Go Tamworth Limited, what's that I hear you ask, well let's start from the beginning, you see this picture...
That was me 6 months ago, after having to spend a lot of time working away. Staying in hotels with a meal allowance you tend to over indulge, it is all paid for and, well as you can see I indulged a lot!!
I was 116.5kg 18.5 stone with a body fat percentage of 28.8%... I know when I found out I was shocked to. I had been told by my sister in law about a company called Train Learn Go, a mobile personal training and nutritional company that offered a free consultation, and after looking in to the website and reading a bit more about what they do, I decided to give them a call and book my free consultation.
I had tried gyms before using my own diet and workout plans thinking that I knew what I was doing. It turns out that all of my energies were being wasted. Looking back on it now I wish I had realised this a long time ago!!!
Me Before - 116.5kg (18.5 stone)
Me After - 84.5kg (13 stone)
A side by side, before and after comparison made it even more of an eye opener seeing the changes I had made, in the 6 months between these pictures I had lost a massive 32kg (5.5stone), 16kg of that was pure fat, reducing my bodyfat percentage from 28.8% down to 15%, which showcased the awesome progress I made. It also shows how well the Train Learn Go system works and can work for anybody whatever shape, size or athletic ability, even me!

The move from Client to Franchisee
Quite coincidently Andy (Train Learn Go CEO and at the time my personal trainer) told me that his dream for the Train Learn Go was to turn it in to a franchise, slowly the cogs in my head began to turn, I have always been willing to take a risk for the future and in my head I already knew it was a good risk to take, I kept getting updates from him in my weekly training sessions and thinking over the idea more and more as my potential future career!
Seeing my before and after pictures was incredible it gave me such a huge confidence boost I felt really good inside and out. I walked around with my head held high, as I occasionally bumped in to old friends or family I hadn't seen in while and they would tell me how great I looked, it was just a fantastic feeling.
So that was it, I was inspired and knew that I wanted to help others get the same result I did, have the huge confidence boost I did and feel the same goodness I felt.
So a few phone calls and a couple of meetings later it was done, I had bought a franchise which covers Lichfield, Tamworth and the surrounding areas which will officially start trading from the 12th of October and I couldn't be happier.
The whole journey has been incredible, I have literally transformed my whole life in such a short space of time. they say that you should go into a career with passion, choose something you believe in and give it your all, then success will come to you. For the first time I can check all of those boxes because I have been through the process myself and know first hand what a game changer the Train Learn Go system can be to a person.
